Their Attorneys make a Weak Case
In response to my suit they make these weak arguments. And in the
process they admit some interesting things. This case was ultimately dismissed, but the dismissial had nothing to
do with the arguments made here. It was basically dismissed because I
filed the suit in the wrong court.
What's amasing is that these lawyers didn't figure that out and use that as an argument in their case. I'm going to file a similar suit on state court and they have tipped their hand as to what their defense will be.
