Suing my X and her Lawyers
in Federal Court

Third Time's a Charm

In the process of suing my ex-wife and her lawyers in State Court I ran into another crooked judge who decided to do some very bizzare things to get my X and her lawyers off the hook. I'm getting real tired of crooked judges and this latest one, Judge Syler, is a real nut.

People before Lawyers This is my third attempt in Federal Court. The first attempt I made this mistake of suing private parties on civil rights charges. You can't sue a provate person under 1983 unless they conspired with a judge. My second attempt was dismissed because I had the same case in state court.

The defendants have made their appearance. Sharp tried to pull a fast one by trying to conceal that he was representing my ex-wife. Again, defendants representing defendants. I filed my Motion to Disqualify Counsel. This is the test to see if this court is going to fuck me or play by the rules.

Now Duncan has made an appearance to represent Wear, Sharp, and The Bar Plan. Again, defendants representing defendants. The Attorney General is trying to represent the judge in a civil suit and that's improper as well.

This time I think I have it. I've relly done the research and have all the required elements. They also have given me more to work with this time. Now they have admitted there was no court reporter at a deposition that they sanctioned me for not attending. Then I caught them tampering with evidence. Then they gave me a sworn affidavit to something that's impossible.

Judge Clark, in an attempt to cover up for the lawyers, dismissed this case calling it "a domestic case". Case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. This case is hardly a domestic case. I appealed it to the eighth circuit court of appeals. I dismissed my ex-wife as a party and argued that since my X wasn't a party, it can't be a domestic case. They filed a long respondent's brief outlining their defense. I was going to write a reply brief, but I thought that if I dismissed the appeal, I could refile it and start off clean. The pleading needed to be reworked to remove any element of a connection to a divorce, and, by dismissing the case I would remove the possibility of the appeals court screwing it up. I dismissed the appeal and filed a New Lawsuit of April 22nd 1999.
