Yet another lawsuit against Wear and Sharp

On April 22nd 1999 I filed Another Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit against Wear and Sharp. This suit replaces the one that was improperly dismissed by Judge Clark last fall. It has been seriously amended to remove my ex-wife as a party and the reason it was supposedly dismissed.

On April 26th, Judge Clark dismissed this suit even though he is named as an immune conspirator in this action. The is an act that is outrageous beyond belief. But it actually plays into my hands because now I have a highly documented and highly illegal transgression by a federal judge in behalf of these lawyers. If there was any doubt there was a conspiracy before, there sure isn't now. In response I filed a Motion to Reconsider and Recuse and an Ethics Complaint against Judge Clark.

Judge Clark denied my motion to recuse and reconsider. His excuse was that my motion to recuse was not in affidavit form. The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals reviewed my complaint under Title 28 Section 372 and has instituted an investigation. I then filed a Second Motion to Recuse and included with it my Sworn Affidavit. It is a total mystery to me why this judge wants to throw away his career to protect these crooked lawyers.
