Wear and Sharp claim to be not a Party
Wear and Sharp hired the same lawyers to defend them that they had in
the civil suit. These guys aren't real bright, so if they win they may
be in bed with the judge. I don't have a clue if I'm going to get a fair
hearing but I'd bet I don't. I've already been through 4 judges and it's
a joke.
Anyhow, they are arguing that they are not a party to this suit. This is a bare allegation and they site not supporting facts of law to back up their position. The way I see it, they were the ones who committed the fraud, they got judgements for themselves totaling $15,000. How could they not be a party? Anyhow, this will be heard by Miles Sweeney on 01-31-97 so we'll see what happens.
