Where things stand 04-12-98 ...
My divorce is now in the Missouri Supreme Court. This court is brain
dead and I expect to get flushed. This cour never hears a pro se case.
Federal Court
I filed my Third Civil Rights Lawsuit
in federal court. This is one hell of a lawsuit. It's in front of Judge
Russel Clark. I'm suing for 25 million bucks and I have an insurance
compant as one of the defendants. In theory I should win. In fact I
should get a default judgement if this judge plats by the rules. But I
doubt that going to happen.
They have appeared again with defendants representing defendants. I'm suing the state court judge for injunctive and declaratory relief. His being illegally represented by the Attorney General's office.
Motion are pending. The judge has done nothing.
State Circuit Court
In spite of the fact that I'm suing the judge in federal court, the
judge is going to hold a hearing in the state court case. The hearing is
April 17th 1998. God only knows what will haapen. Look for me to go to
jail on this one.
United States Supreme Court
The state court is suspended until the high court rules on the issue of
defendants representing other defendants. This issue is now before the
United States Supreme Court. I
think I have them by the nuts on this one. We'll see where it goes.
