Divorce - Why they screwed me.

I got screwed

If anyone out there is thinking about getting married, don't do it. Read these pages first. Marriage gives the government and lawyers the ability to steal everything you own. It makes it profitable for greedy lawyers to break up your family for profit. Being married is like keeping a loaded gun on the kitchen table. It's bad for you relationship and has nothing to do with religion, love, or the eyes of God. It has everything to do with lawyers, judges, and property. And if you're a good husband and treat your wife well, that counts against you.

I Marc Perkel am a 40 year old nerd with no kids. I make about $50,000 a year from a small software company, Computer Tyme. I just spent the last 2 years getting divorced and royally screwed.

What's really going on here?

You may be wondering why I got screwed so bad in court. I'm wondering that too. And I can only guess why and I'm coming up with a number of guesses. Which guess is right I don't know. It may be that none of them are right. But one thing I do know is that the decision has no relation to the evidence that was presented. And when that happens there's no doubt that somethings wrong. I just don't know what it is. Here's my guess list.

People before Lawyers

  1. I'm a political activist. In 1992 the county wanted to raise the sales tax by 1/4 cent to pay for a new 24 million dollar courthouse. Being a fiscal conservative I thought having a permanent sales tax to build a single building wasn't responsible. Iran a one man anti-tax campaign and won. This was the second time I had done that. As a result, they built an 8 million dollar courthouse instead. But when I went for my divorce in the new courthouse, they had the chance to get even with me. And they took it. This spring they are going for another 1/4 cent sales tax increase and this decision gets me out of the way.

I am also the nations most published Letter to the Editor writer in the United States. Every Friday I fax a letter to 1100 newspapers and to every member of Congress. I've been published in many major newspapers including USA Today, San Francisco Cronicle, Dallas Morning News, Chicago Sun Times, Kansas City Star, and the New York Daily News. I'm a serious political hellraiser and this divorce gave the right wingers a chance to get even with me.

  2. The judge is a grossly incompetent idiot who doesn't have a clue how to write up a divorce judgement. Not only did he screw me, but the decision wasn't in proper form by a long shot. To be in proper for he would have had to explain his decisions and put values on the items. However, it would have been nearly impossible to explain that decision. And perhaps that's why he didn't.

Further supporting the incompetent theory is the fact that although it doesn't look like it on the surface, the judgement screws my ex-wife as well. She has no job and she got over $100,000 worth of debt. So after I go bankrupt, she'll have to go bankrupt too. On the other hand, he may want to screw us both.

  3. I had represented myself during part of the divorce. Even though I got a lawyer and was represented while in front of this judge, it is likely that he decided to punish me and make an example of me because I represented myself. Judges are like royalty and to even think about representing yourself is blasphemy. So I am an example to anyone else who wants his own voice to be heard as to how the court will punish you.

I however want to send the public a different message, go to my People before Lawyers web page and learn how to fight back.

  4. I also have a Federal Lawsuit against the Missouri Supreme Court. In that lawsuit I am asking the federal court to rule that the Missouri Bar's policy of not investigation the wrongs of lawyers and judges while a case is open violates my civil rights. If this judge knows about this then that may be why he's trying to hurt me with his judgement.

  5. I also sued the local Sheriff in Federal Court on an unrelated matter over being falsely arrested last August. They may have put the word out to burn me.

  6. I'm just the kind of person judges hate, (unless they're running my software, then they love me), and I just can't make myself get into the royalty thing. I know they sense that about me and it pisses them off. They don't like me, they aren't going to like me, and there's nothing I can do about it.

The bottom line is that for whatever reason they fucked me over, I have no confidence in the justice system and I fully expect them to continue their active role in attacking me personally. Even though I can't identify the cause, the results speak for themselves. There's no doubt in my mind that these people are out to destroy me.
